Licences

Valid throughout the EU region, the e-licence is held by a subsidiary of the paysafecard group, the Prepaid Services Company Ltd. based in London, Great Britain. It authorises the company to issue electronic money in the EU region. The licence is issued by the British Financial Supervisory Authority (FSA) and is employed in the EU region for the products paysafecard and Cash-Ticket. 

A MasterCard licence is equally held by the Prepaid Services Company Ltd. It authorises the company to issue MasterCard products.
